Do I need to be 21 to shop here?
Yes. You must be 21 or older with a valid government ID — every guest, every visit, every location. No exceptions, no hard feelings.
What brands do you carry?
Geek Bar, RAZ, Lost Mary, Voopoo, Vaporesso, Geekvape, Puffco, RAW, Backwoods, and a rotating wall of hand-blown local glass. If a product doesn't survive our counter test, we don't stock it.
Can I order online?
Browse the full wall online, then pick up in any shop the same day. ID check happens at the counter when you collect.
What are your hours?
10AM to midnight Sunday through Thursday, 10AM to 2AM Friday and Saturday. Our Old Town flagship is open until 2AM every night of the week.
What if my device has a problem?
Every device leaves the shop tested. If a defect shows up within 7 days, bring it back with your receipt and we'll swap it on the spot.
