Before you start
What kind of businesses do you work with?
All kinds of independent local businesses — vape and smoke shops, salons and barbers, food carts, farms and dairies, cleaning companies, wellness studios, and trades. If you sell to real people in a real community, we can help.
What is a digital audit, and what do I actually get?
A written document about your business, not a sales deck with your name pasted on it. It starts with a free Google check-up, where we look at your listing and tell you the three things we would fix first. We need about fifteen minutes with you. You keep it either way, and most of what it recommends you could do yourself for nothing.
Do I need to know anything about tech?
No. If you can answer “what are your hours?” and send us five photos of your shop, that is the whole tech requirement. We do the rest.
What if I already have a website?
We will audit it for free and tell you exactly what is holding you back. Sometimes we can improve what you have. Sometimes it is better to start fresh. We will be honest either way.
The build
How long does it take to build my website?
Most sites go live within 7 days of getting your content. The building is the quick part — what usually sets the date is how fast your photos and opening hours come back to us. Nothing is published until you have looked at it and told us it is right.
How many revisions do I get?
As many as it takes. Nothing goes live until you tell us it is right, and we are not going to push you into signing off on something you do not like.
What if I am not happy with the build?
Then we keep working on it. There is no revision limit and nobody is counting. The site is yours, so if you ever want to walk, it comes with you.
Cost and ownership
Do I own my website?
Yes, 100%. The build is a one-time cost and the site is yours forever — there is no required monthly fee to us. Having us manage it is optional at $50 a month, and plenty of owners take the site and run it themselves. Hosting is paid directly to Webflow in your own account, usually $14–$23 a month, which is exactly why the site stays yours if you ever walk.
What monthly plans do you offer?
None of them are required. The Seen Plan is $297 a month, $250 to start: we keep your Google profile right, ask for and answer reviews, text back the calls you miss, make small website edits if we built your site, and send a one-page report each month. Reviews only is $99 a month plus a $250 setup. Having us manage your website is $50 a month, or $150 a year for one annual check. The AI chatbot is $99 or $299 a month. Everything is month to month with 30 days’ notice.
Can I cancel the monthly plans?
Yes. Month to month with 30 days’ notice, no contract. The website you bought is yours either way — canceling search work or management does not take it down.
After it launches
How long until this actually works?
Two different answers, and most agencies only give you the flattering one. Your website, Google Business Profile, chatbot and live inventory all work from the day it launches. Ranking in the map pack usually takes weeks, being named in AI answers takes as long as assistants need to re-crawl you, and competitive search rankings take months. Anyone promising you page one by Friday is selling you something.
Do you run ads?
No. Everything Seen Retail does is about being found without paying per click. If paid ads are genuinely the right answer for your business, we will say so and point you somewhere else.
